Unified Management
When making a critical decision, you should understand how it will be interpreted from all point of views; not just yours or those you’re talking to – but the people who aren’t in the room, everybody else directly or indirectly involved with your company and its culture. You have to be able to see the decision through the eyes of the entire movement, society, company, etc., not just through your eyes and/or that of the immediately affected circle.
